2. Admission & Enrollment
  • Admission is granted based on the school’s eligibility criteria, seat availability, and verification of documents.

  • False information or forged documents will lead to cancellation of admission.

  • Admission fees and other charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Late fees may apply after the due date.

  • The school reserves the right to withhold report cards, certificates, or access to classes in case of non-payment.

  • Parents must ensure their contact details are up to date.

  • The school is not responsible for missed notices due to incorrect contact information.

8. Photographs and Media Consent
  • By enrolling your child, you grant the school permission to use photographs and videos of your child for educational, promotional, or documentation purposes.

  • If you wish to opt out, please submit a written request to the principal.

9. Limitation of Liability

Holy Child English Academy is not liable for:

  • Any personal belongings lost or damaged on campus.
